What causes the coil inductance to get hot?

(1) If the quality of other electronic components on the circuit board is not up to standard, causing abnormal heating problems, then there is no need to adjust the coil inductance, just adjust the electronic components in question;


(2) If there is a problem with the coil inductance selection, the inductance can only be re-selected. Because the selection process involves many technical issues, it will not be repeated here;


(3) If there is a problem with the quality of the coil inductance, there are many reasons that can cause the inductance to heat up, such as poor quality of raw materials, unsuitable magnetic core powder solutions, and defective production processes. If you want to solve such a problem, you can only start from the root - the supplier!
